Scope

INTERLUPUS acts as a sales, sourcing and representation office. Manufacturing and delivery are performed by the selected manufacturing partner.

Quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing by the supplying partner.

Drawings and specifications are treated confidentially and shared only with partners involved in the specific quotation.

Unless agreed otherwise, German law applies to the business relationship.
